A new single-family home on the water in Conroe. Drakon Builders is delivering the turn-key concrete package: grading the building pad, a reinforced concrete retaining wall along the shoreline, the slab foundation, and the driveway and walkway flatwork.

Rough grade is complete. The retaining wall is excavated, the subgrade is prepared, and the reinforcing steel and wall forms are going in ahead of the pour.
